Individual Referrals

Refer clients one at a time into our homes across the Front Range. Rooms from $595/month + a flat $80/month community fee (utilities, Wi-Fi, shared supplies, and lawn care — always $80, never variable). Total from around $675/month.

Referral Rewards

$100 to the referring organization per referral
$25 gift card to the individual who sends the referral

We match & reach out: our team reviews availability and contacts your client within 1 business day.
Your client moves in — furnished room, utilities and Wi-Fi included in the flat community fee.

What partners need to know before referring

No credit score required
No minimum income if your org covers/guarantees rent
Prior evictions are disqualifying
Violent or theft-related felony history is disqualifying

Whole-House Partnership

If your organization runs a sober living, reentry, transitional, or workforce program and needs a dedicated space, HomeCrew can lease you an entire property. You manage your own placements — we provide the asset: individual room locks, fully furnished rooms, and professional property standards. Preferred pricing available for whole-house commitments.
